Transit, handling and order time

Typically, shipments have a transit time of 15-25 days (Monday through Friday). The order deadline is 6:00 p.m. Order processing time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

We use USPS to deliver the product.

Address change

We cannot change the shipping address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order.

Follow up

Once your order has been shipped, your order will come with a tracking number so you can follow it until it is delivered to you.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order ships. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Packages damaged in transit

If you notice that a package is damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with next steps.
