Cancel the order
You may cancel the order before the shipping number is issued; After delivery, we cannot cancel the order for you. If you need to cancel the order, you must deduct your $30 round-trip shipping cost.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will take knowledge of your return.
Shipping

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
